Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery or installation completion to request a return of products or services, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product must be returned.
Custom-designed items or items that have been specifically manufactured or modified according to customer specifications may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover all return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
All returns must be authorized by us before shipment. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or processed.
The following items are not eligible for return: custom-designed lighting fixtures, items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear, items without original packaging, and services that have been fully performed.
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to fees depending on the stage of production or fulfillment. Custom orders may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
